Roast
We call him Derek...
Derek is powered by infrared ceramic burners for a cleaner and more efficient roasting system. The addition of airflow control and more precise gas application means we have our coffees dialled in perfectly. Our roasting facility is HACCP certified so everything is roasted, packaged and sent out in a completely clean and controlled environment.
We are trying to be better
Sustainability is a journey.
This initiative has now seen over a tonne of single use coffee bags never being needed (and never going to landfill). Our Vinnie Blend and single origin range comes in @ecobarista recyclable bags.
However, we are still on the journey to find the perfect sustainable bags for our entire range.
Next stop, compostable!
